Alongside my work in shark science and photography, I work as a strategic coordinator on complex projects, supporting governments, NGOs, and multi-actor initiatives.

My contribution sits between strategy, science, and implementation. I help clarify objectives, structure trajectories, and coordinate the people and expertise needed to move from an idea or a challenge toward concrete outcomes. This often means working across disciplines, institutions, and time horizons, and ensuring that scientific insight translates into decisions and action.

I tend to be most useful where projects are ambitious but fragile, when complexity, fragmentation, or uncertainty risk slowing progress. My role is to bring clarity, coherence, and continuity, without adding unnecessary layers or noise.

In parallel, I also develop independent project ideas driven by long-term impact rather than short-term opportunity. Some are mature in vision and structure, but not yet in funding. When alignment exists between resources, intent, and impact, meaningful collaborations can naturally emerge.

If you are looking to support or initiate projects that value depth, structure, and real-world effect, I am always open to thoughtful conversations.
