Alongside my research and coordination work, I design and lead Learning Expeditions in remote marine environments.

These are not tours, retreats, or adventure packages. They are small, focused expeditions where the ocean becomes a working space for observation, learning, and decision-making.

Sharks and apex predators often serve as the entry point, but the learning goes beyond species. Time in the water opens conversations around behavior, risk, attention, uncertainty, and coexistence, grounded in science, field experience, and real conditions rather than abstraction.

I work with individuals or small groups, adapting each expedition to the people involved, the location, and the intent. This includes scientific context, safety architecture, local coordination, and continuous guidance, both in and out of the water.

Some people come to deepen their understanding of the ocean. Others are drawn by environments where clarity, presence, and responsibility are non-negotiable. These expeditions tend to resonate with those who value learning through direct experience rather than explanation alone.

When the right alignment exists – in mindset, expectations, and resources – I’m open to shaping expeditions with strong educational depth and real impact.

If this approach resonates, feel free to reach out.
