I help clarify objectives, structure trajectories, and coordinate the people and expertise needed to move from an idea or a challenge toward concrete outcomes. This often means working across disciplines, institutions, and time horizons, and ensuring that scientific insight translates into decisions and action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I tend to be most useful where projects are ambitious but fragile, when complexity, fragmentation, or uncertainty risk slowing progress. My role is to bring <strong>clarity, coherence, and continuity<\/strong>, without adding unnecessary layers or noise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In parallel, I also develop <strong>independent project ideas<\/strong> driven by long-term impact rather than short-term opportunity. Some are mature in vision and structure, but not yet in funding.
